We use a
Pan Iberia's wonderful
"Pan de Queso"
for our hamburger rolls,
Rudy's delicious Rosemary Foccaccia
is used for our Pannini Sandwiches. This
bread has a nice crisp finish when it is pressed, but has
a very tender bite.
